Responsiblities of the Executive Committee
The executive committee structure of our chapter is as follows.

- Vice-President

- Project Co-ordinator(s)

- Faculty Advisor
The responsibilities of each of the above members is given below:
- Ensure that the Chapter meets all objectives and functions efficiently
- Keep volunteers motivated to the cause of AID
- Delegate responsibilities to other volunteers
- Coordinate the various tasks of the Chapter
- Actively engage in increasing the awareness in the general public
- egarding AID activities
- Interact regularly with other Chapters, the Executive Board (EB), and the Board of Directors (BoD) of AID
- Represent and propagate Rejuvenate India Movement (RIM) in Blacksburg
- Help and support the President in organizing various activities of the Chapter
- Coordinate publicity of AID; strive to expand its membership
- Handle events like AID-Dinner, International Street Fair stall, etc.
- Execute the tasks of the President in his/her absence
- Expand the public relations of AID with other organizations; seek their support and participation in AID efforts
- Prepare budget proposals along with the Treasurer
- Maintain and update the list of Chapter members with the HQ (AID-MD)
- Internal publicity within the Chapter of the various issues raised in AID mailing lists, newsletters, etc.
- Coordinate the weekly Community Service Hour (CSH); set up its agenda; maintain the minutes
- Obtain projects from HQ (AID-MD) or directly from NGOs in India
- Distribute project proposals to volunteers for presentation in the CSH
- Maintain correspondence with prospective / on-going projects (NGOs) in India
- Arrange for project visits
- Collect contributions from members and other sources
- Maintain accounts of the Chapter
- Send financial contributions to the on-going projects at regular intervals
- Periodically update EB with the financial accounts of the Chapter
- Prepare budget proposals along with the Vice-President
